User Account

To update or change your Fortinet user account information & password:

Login to update your user account information.
* If you are a Fortinet employee, reachout to MIS to update your account information. 
** If you are a Fortinet partner, login to your Partner Portal to update your account information.

To reset your lost Fortinet user account password:

Click on 'Forgot your password' link to reset your lost password.
* If you are a Fortinet employee, reachout to 'MIS' or your local Helpdesk' for LDAP account or password issues. 
** If your are a Fortinet partner, reset your partner portal password.

To update your Fuse profile information:

Login to Fuse, go to My Profile and click on the edit icon to update your information.
* Update your profile with the latest email address in order to receive your forum subscriptions. 
** Updating your Fuse profile will not affect your Fuse login credentials.
